They have a unique consistency in service with same carer visiting, this enables relationship to be built with my mum, the carer and myself. When the carer is going on holiday, the next carer to replace for my mum shadow first is to understand my mum's needs, unlike other agencies, that send different carer everyday, you will never know who is coming the next day.
